Returns & Exchanges

All orders are final.


A packing video of your product will be shared before dispatch. Upon delivery, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts) from opening the package till the product is fully visible.


Returns (Damaged Items Only)
Returns will only be accepted if:
• The product is received damaged during shipping
• The damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video
In such cases, we also offer a replacement of the same product.


Exchanges (Size Issues Only)
• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• This is strictly an exchange, not a return
Important
• Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted
• Any issue not visible in the video will be considered invalid
• Slight color or finish variations are not defects

Refund

Once the returned product reaches us, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. After the verification is completed and approved, the refund will be initiated.
